Affiliate Program Policy

1. Program Overview

The NotifyOwner Affiliate Program allows partners to earn commissions by referring new users to our privacy protection platform. Affiliates use unique referral links to track their conversions.

2. Enrollment & Eligibility

Enrollment is open to individuals and businesses who agree to promote NotifyOwner ethically. We reserve the right to reject any application at our discretion, particularly if the applicant's platform promotes illegal or harmful content.

3. Commission Structure

NotifyOwner offers a competitive commission model:

• Registration Bounty: $0.15 CAD for every unique, verified free account registration.
• Subscription Commission: 20% of the first year's revenue from any premium subscriptions (e.g., SMS Relay) purchased by a referred user.

4. Payment Terms

• Threshold: Minimum payout is $25 CAD.
• Method: Payments are typically made via PayPal.
• Timing: Payouts can be requested once the threshold is met and are processed within 7-10 business days.
• Currency: All earnings are calculated and paid in CAD.

5. Promotion Guidelines

Affiliates are encouraged to share their links via social media, blogs, and direct recommendations. All promotions must be transparent and comply with local advertising regulations (e.g., FTC guidelines in the US).

6. Prohibited Activities

Affiliates may not engage in:

• Spamming: Sending unsolicited emails or messages.
• Deceptive Ads: Making false claims about NotifyOwner services.
• Self-Referral: Creating accounts for yourself using your own link to earn bounties.
• Keyword Bidding: Bidding on "NotifyOwner" or related trademarks in search ads without prior written approval.

7. Tracking & Cookies

We use a 30-day cookie window. If a user clicks your link and registers within 30 days, you will receive credit, provided yours was the most recent affiliate link they clicked (Last-Click attribution).

8. Termination

NotifyOwner may terminate an affiliate's account at any time for violation of these terms. Upon termination, all unpaid commissions may be forfeited if the termination was due to fraudulent activity.

9. Relationship of Parties

Affiliates are independent contractors. This program does not create a partnership, joint venture, or employer-employee relationship between the affiliate and NotifyOwner.

10. Modifications

We may update this policy or the commission structure at any time. Material changes will be communicated to active affiliates via email.
